On 19 – 21 January, PIDM together with 50 financial services providers, associations and agencies participate in Karnival Kewangan Kedah organized by Bank Negara. Karnival Kewangan is a unique one-stop center that offers people the opportunity to get information on financial products and services, conduct financial transactions, learn new initiatives and opportunities in business and finance management and make inquiries or get advice.
There PIDM offer advice as well as awareness on deposits insurance as well as takaful and insurance benefits. The carnival, themed "Prioritize Your Financial Needs" aims to educate people on financial matters including existing services that can help manage finances more effectively.
